Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 75% charge of the scheduled service.
A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the service.
We understand that unexpected situations may occur, but providing notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest and helps our team manage the schedule efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
